  • RETURNS POLICY
    At 4 LONG HAIR LTD we want our returns policy to be transparent and hassle free. That’s why we have 14 day no
    quibble returns for goods received by us in their original condition.
    What To Do
    Where you wish to return an item you should first contact us by email at neil4ward@yahoo.com or by phone on
    +44 7885912212 quoting your order reference number.
    Items that are to be returned should be posted to :
    Ecommerce Department,
    PM HOUSE RIVERWAY ESTATE, PEASMARSH, GUILDFORD SURREY, ENGLAND, GU3 1LZ
    Returns should be in original condition and packaging.
    EXCHANGES
    Should you wish to exchange your items for an equivalent item, we will exchange this for you on receipt of the original
    item.
    Normal shipping rates apply to the replacement item.
    Where the replacement item is a different price we will either refund the difference or contact you to arrange for a top
    up payment.
    Replacement is subject to availability
    REFUNDS
    Where you wish to return an item for a full refund then we will refund you the amount paid within 7 days of receipt of
    goods.
    FAULTY ITEMS
    Where you wish to return a faulty item the procedure is the same as a refund or exchange. We may also require you to
    send us a digital photograph of the item for initial assessment.
    When an item is found faulty or needs to be returned through the error of 4 LONG HAIR LTD we will refund the cost of
    posting it back to us or arrange for courier collection.
    Refund, replacement or repair is subject to assessment of fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    joining the 4 LONG HAIR LTD loyalty programme customers can avail of extra benefits & promotions. The
    information required to join the scheme is your name, address, contact number, email and type. This information is
    collected in two ways:
    Customer details are taken at point of purchase at counters in store. Your details are taken by a member of staff and
    entered directly to our IT system. You will be asked at this point if you would like to receive marketing text
    messages and / or marketing emails. These details will be entered according to your preferences.
    Customers can sign up for loyalty through the 4 LONG HAIR LTD website. At this stage the customer can enter their
    name and contact details. There is then an option to opt in to marketing emails and text.
    Online Sales: We will always gather personal details at the checkout stage of an online sale. This is to allow us to
    process your order and dispatch it efficiently to you. We will only use your personal data for marketing purposes
    where you have opted in at the checkout stage.
    Email Signup: On our website you will have the option to join our mailing list. When you sign up to our mailing list you
    will be automatically added to our marketing email lis
